Marketing Coordinator
About the Position
As a Marketing Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting directors in the management and execution of client mandates. You coordinate projects, track deliverables, and actively contribute to the implementation of initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Management
- Assist directors with the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines, deliverables, and priorities are met
- Monitor project progress and maintain smooth communication among stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, web) to deliver client mandates
- Help draft clear briefs aligned with objectives, budgets, and deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on post-meeting action items
Marketing Execution and Content
- Contribute to editorial strategy, content creation and content optimization, primarily for social media
- Manage organic social media accounts, including planning, publishing, and monitoring
- Assist with the coordination and launch of digital marketing campaigns
- Perform quality control on deliverables (web, ads, newsletters, etc.)
Performance Tracking and Tools
- Monitor campaign performance
- Compile results and update dashboards
- Support the implementation, use, and optimization of digital tools
Organization and Operations
- Maintain a structured and well-organized approach to managing files, documents, and work platforms
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements and Skills
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Agency experience
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Keen attention to deadlines and priorities
- Excellent writing skills, particularly for social media
- Good understanding of digital marketing (websites, social media, newsletters, advertising platforms, Google tools, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
